This is the story of Hans capture and delivery to Jabba by Boba Fett. Then Leia’s failed, but brave attempt to rescue him. Finally we see Luke come to the rescue and face various challenges.
This book stuff’s in so much plot that it would be really confusing without having seen the movie. I liked that they dumbed down Leia’s slave outfit and her subsequent choking of Jabba the Hut, which is termed as using a big chain to defeat him. The images are cartoony, fresh, and bright. I think students would love this no matter what, so I will be adding it my collection.
