On the night of
Halloween there are five pumpkins sitting on Pete the Cat’s fence. The pumpkins comment on it getting late and
that there are witches in the air, but in the end they decide they just want to
have fun and go trick or treating.
There
is only one sentence per page layout and the storyline rhymes. The pictures are bright and colorful with
cute pumpkins. However, the storyline is boring
and not up to Pete the Cat’s usual creativity.
