Little Rhino is loving baseball still! He is doing so great and working hard. His grandpa gives him a brand new perfect bat, and Rhino is thrilled. When it goes missing, Rhino is upset, and immediately blames Dylan, a bit of bully, who has fought with him the past. Even though clues start showing up they are difficult to decipher, Rhino must face playing without his bat.
This is a great series, a perfect Chapter book for 2-3 grade sports fans. The characters are well crafted and there is perfect balance of sports vs plot. There are some simple illustrations that add to the story and the cover has a ton of appeal.
