This book tells of Luke’s search to find Yoda and learn the force. He lands on the ‘swamp’ planet and manages to find Yoda. Yoda has some lessons for him, but they aren’t enough to help Luke’s lack of self-confidence. Will Luke be able to gain enough skill and confidence to help his cause?
This one was a perfect level 2 early reader. The ‘plot’ was simple and easy to understand, even managing to convey a message about believing in yourself. This is the same author as the last one I reviewed and this one is written so much more clearly. I would add this to my collection in a heartbeat.
