When a young boy spends the night with Nana in her apartment, he learns about all the wonderful things in store for him in the city. Nana is brave, and makes him a cape so he can be brave, too.
It is a beautifully illustrated story, simply told. A Caldecott honor book, the pictures remind me of Curious George. Bright, engaging and sweet. A great bedtime story.
