Published in a smaller square format, the author shares brief insights on how she became an artist and author, and packs each spread with labeled scraps from her many published works. You can see her love of color and texture at every turn. Before beginning, she warns readers to not read this book unless they love books and art. It is especially helpful, I would add, if you know and love her books and art. You get a behind-the-published-work peak at her process throughout. This is a good autobiography addition to any collection.
