Red is a bird who has
anger management issues. When he goes to
anger management classes he is supposed to paint and do yoga, but he doesn’t
feel like any of that makes him feel better.
He introduces the other birds in his group and they have ways of coping
with their anger as well. In the end,
Red decides that his house makes him feel better.
This book feels like a quick summary of the
movie’s characters and doesn’t really have a story line. There are 3-4 sentences per page spread. The illustrations are cute pictures of the
angry bird characters. If your kids are
interested in Angry Birds they will probably like this, but there isn’t really
much of a story.
