Doggy has to go potty, but his own potty chair is in use. That's because his little sister is there, since Mouse is on her potty. And Mouse is on hers because Frog is on Mouse's potty. And on and on. Finally, Doggy realizes that there's only one option: use the big toilet.
This book deals with the sometimes-difficult transition between a toddler using his or her own potty chair and using a grown-up toilet. Kids who enjoy toilet talk will likely giggle at the silly plot-line and at the illustrations -- especially those which show animals in the process of sometimes-messy elimination.
