This is more than just a picture book about being happy! This is a great book that should be on a shelf in everyone’s home. Messages like “Dream Big and Don’t Ever Lose Hope, Be Happy about being YOU and Make the world a better place!” are just a few of the positive affirmations found in this book.
There are few words on each page, but the words that are read send messages that hit the heart and soul. The illustrations are beloved Sheehan-style that are simple yet descriptive and inviting! This is a perfect gift for any occasion. The book could be used in units on self-esteem or could be used in group discussions about positive attitudes and problem solving. We loved this book and have read it again and again!
