The newly orphaned Delia just wants to continue her normal life when she
meets her grandmother for the first time on Trespass Island. But nothing about
this island is normal--not even Delia is normal after spending time there. Can not-normal
become home?
I was not impressed with the summary of this book when I got ready
to read it, but it turned out to be a good book. While the beginning was slow,
it became interesting about seventy-five pages in. One thing I was not
expecting was demigods (it's not Percy Jackson, though); the demigods are what
made the story fun.
