A girl and her pet
dragon want to find the far-est Far Away that they can. They go on an adventure for a year and a day
and finally find a small island that conveniently has a brown sign that says “Far-est
Far Away”. They rest and then both
decide they want to go home. They travel
for another year and a day and get home where they enjoy the comfort of their
own beds.
This wasn’t my favorite
book. The text is disjointed and hard to
read. It’s supposed to be poetic and I’m
not sure what the moral of the story is-I guess that they are good friends
(which they were before the adventure started).
The illustrations are dark and blurry.
I would pass on this book.
