Shaq and his cousin
Barry are good friends, but Barry gets upset with Shaq because he never passes
the ball to him on the basketball court.
When Shaq tries to make Barry feel better by playing a video game, Shaq is a ball hog on the game.
Barry in his frustration breaks the game. They have to earn money to buy a new game, so
they water plants for their neighbors.
They decide to plant a garden at the local rec center.
This is a fun early reader for boys. There is a good message about friendship and
caring for your community. The pictures
are attractive and there is enough story line and illustrations that the reader stays
interested.
