 Charley is a 17 year-old girl who can see things she can’t explain. She sees things that she describes as death. When she sees a young girl being dragged onto the tracks, Charley teams up with Tom, a police detective, to solve the mystery. Will Charley and Tom find the murderer, or will they strike again? 

I really enjoyed this book. I was a perfect mixture of mystery and a little bit of romance. I would like to hear more about Tom and Charley. I thought that Flashes was a book all mystery lovers would like. PG in violence is because there is a murder. Mature Content is PG because there is a little bit of romance and their trying to solve a crime.
