With facts that have been re-embellished, this is a fascinating story about the power of one sweet, stray cat. Not only is the story entertaining, the vintage illustrations are completely charming. Also included at the back is an accurate history of some of Nini's notable visitors. My one complaint is that it is slightly confusing that the cats name and the owners name are so similar.
