3 Rockabilly goats are trying to
cross the bridge in their rockin’ cars for a gig at Nanny May’s Shimmy Shack. The
troll on the bridge, however, is trying to get his lunch and the goats are
scaring them off. Will the troll and the goats find a solution or are they at
an impasse?
The rhyming text is fun and
entertaining. The story is a little hard to buy into, but the complementary
pictures are well-done. Readers and young children who enjoy the original story
or who are looking for an interactive story will enjoy reading this book. PreK,
