All Mia wants is to be able to
play with her older brother, Spencer, but he’s always too busy for her.
Instead, she decides to paint, explore, and dance on her own in an attempt to
get her brother to notice how much fun they could have together. Will she
succeed?
The book’s illustrations are
colorful and lively. The text is simple and engaging. The two complement each
other well. Overall, a fun read aloud for parents and young children who like
books about siblings and playtime. PreK only. ADVISABLE. Reviewer: Jessica Moody, Library Media Specialist, Olympus Jr. High.
