Will he escape and save his mother? What will he do with his dangerous knowledge?

A great mystery for adventure fans. The plot and the characters are fairly well-developed. The story is intense and does a good job of holding reader’s interest. Readers who like historical fiction, adventure, mystery, and Ancient Rome will enjoy reading this book. EL (4-6), MS. ADVISABLE. Reviewer: Jessica Moody, Library Media Specialist, Olympus Jr. High.
