Simon Squirrel has a
small grocery list to help his mom. He
and his friends go off in a cosmic shopping trip n Uncle Somerset’s special
balloon, find honey on Mars and TP on Uranus (come on, admit it – that’s kind of
funny), with a little danger and a lot of fun along the way.
It took me a bit to get into the uneven rhyme scheme, but
reading it out loud helped. The pictures
are delightful and really steal the show.
Put this in the stack for pre-school reading time.
