Curious George Goes to a Bookstore - ADVISABLE

Rey, Margaret and H.A., Curious George Goes to a Bookstore. PICTURE BOOK. Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. 2014. $13.99.

Curious George goes to the bookstore with the Man in the Yellow Hat. George’s favorite author will be there signing books, and George can’t wait to meet her. When they arrive, there is a long line to meet the author. As they wait, George becomes distracted by a pile of boxes. Being a curious little monkey, George decides to open the boxes. They are filled with the new books waiting to be signed! George decides to build a tower with the books. This is a better way to display books than just sitting in boxes. His display draws a lot of attention and catches the eye of the manager. George’s fantastic display earns him personal meeting with the author.

If you’re a fan of Curious George, you’ll love this latest installment of the classic series. It’s classic George and his most curious.
