Zoë Kravitz is
known for her role of Angel in X-Men: First Class, but she has done
plenty of other acting and singing too! She
comes from pretty famous parents, Lisa Bonet and Lenny Kravitz. This biography
includes her accomplishments, talents, and hobbies. Features tons of
photographs.
This one is
optional because its geared for elementary but many students that age probably
haven’t seen the movie she is known for. I prefer to add modern bio’s to my
collection that include people that haven’t had the best opportunities (versus famous parents to bolster them along –although the book claims this isn’t
true). Though adding good role model like Zoë might be beneficial to your
collection, since she is a professional,not a typical “celebrity”.
