Jade and Cori are so excited to be moving up to 9th
grade – they may still be in the same building, but at least they are on the
same side as their boyfriends!
There is big trouble in the Mermish world, though. The Mermish Council wants to get all
mermaids in the area back under their control, including forcing part humans
mers, like Jade and her boyfriend Luke, off land and into the sea for good. Jade will learn even more mer secrets
as she, her friends and her family fight for their survival. I have not read
any of the previous books in this series and I had absolutely no problem
following the action. This is
pretty dang cute, with a heavy dose of adventure and problem-solving. The whole series is a must have for any
healthy “pink book” collection!
