This is called
an Uncover and Discover book which lets the author ask the reader a question
and they get a chance to think about it before peeking under flaps for answers.
In this book the reader is show as variety of eggs and even tiny animals, and the
reader is asked “What will I be?”. The answers are informative yet remain very
basic.
I think this
book is wonderful for 4-6 year olds. Its adorable, bright, full of really basic
information about birds, bugs, reptiles, and animals. Not to mention creative
to boot!
