Miller, Pat Zietlow. Wherever You Go, PICTURE BOOK. Little, Brown and Company, 2015. $17.00. The possible paths of life are presented to the reader as a rabbit travels his countryside and experiences all of the different roads he can take. Roads lead him to new traveling companions, roads bend and detour, roads connect two places, roads merge, and roads also lead you back home. By taking on the adventure of all the different roads you could possibly take, you will experience the world more completely. This is a pretty abstract concept for younger readers. The pictures are well done and the text resonates, but I think it will take a lot of explanation for many children, because although it is a book that specifically discusses roads, it is really about the journey of life. It’s not an impossible idea to understand, but it is definitely deep. Content: G. EL -OPTIONAL. Reviewed by: Shay, School Librarian
