When a great burst of wind blows the queens hat out of reach, she and her soldiers chase it around London, running through all the major landmarks (Trafalgar Square, The London Eye, The Underground and Kensington Palace just to name a few) until it finally takes her home (the wind, not the hat.)
This will be a favorite picturebook of the young anglophile or of someone who has or wishes to visit London. The drawings remind me of Madeline.
