Determined to be the master of
his own fate, Max uses his unique ability to find lost things to find his
parents as well as help others along the way. At the behest of the mayor, he
begins looking into a series of arson fires, vandalism, and smashed store
windows that have been plaguing the neighborhoods. As he investigates and
starts receiving mysterious letters from his parents however, he starts to feel
like he’s over his head. With the help of some old friends, will he be able to
solve the mayor’s mystery and find his parents? Are the incidences connected?
An interwoven story filled
with mystery, adventure, and friendship. Although some parts of the story are
implausible, the engaging characters and well-developed plot will easily draw
readers into Max’s world. Fans of the first Mister Max or those who like
fantasy, adventure, and mystery will enjoy reading this book. EL. ADVISABLE.
