When Elsa and her friends hear about a land where it never gets cold, they are convinced that the queen there has uncontrollable summer magic. Determined to help, Elsa leads Anna, Kristoff, and Olaf to the summer country. But it turns out not all climates are controlled by magic alone.
Because this is essentially fan fiction for younger children who enjoyed the movie Frozen, there is very little room for character development. (For just one example, Olaf tells everyone he meets that he likes warm hugs. It was cute in the movie, but it becomes a bit repetitive in the book.) However, because Frozen does still have many avid fans who devour anything that hints of Elsa's presence, and because this book is so accessible for students who are beginning to read chapter books, this would still make a nice addition to a school library.
