Kenzie is riding his bike back to school when he hits something. Unfortunately, he has hit his ex-girlfriend, and now she’s in the hospital in critical condition and he’s in big trouble. Kenzie has been told by his lawyer to talk to no one, but the drama at school is out of control and someone is talking to the police.
This is another Orca Soundings title, high interest, easy read. McClintock catches the reader in the first few pages and doesn’t let go until the end. Hand this one to either boys or girls. Highly recommended. MS HS ESSENTIAL -- Lisa Librarian
