In a school where the more hearts
you have the better, it is crucial for these astronauts in training to have
more than one. Especially if they want to play sports. When a shapeshifting
alien goes around eating athlete’s extra hearts, threatens not only the
school’s Fireball’s place in the championship, but the lives of the students at
the academy as well. To solve the mystery, Hakata Soy will have team up with
his cranky roommate, Tak Offsky. Can the two put their differences aside in
order to save the lives of their classmates?
A funny graphic novel for science
fiction fans. The characters are well-developed. The illustrations are detailed
and complement the text. The plot is complex and well-done as well as
suspenseful. Readers who like astronauts, aliens, schools in space setting, and
graphic novels will enjoy reading this book. EL (4-6), MS. ADVISABLE. Reviewer:
