Barnaby is a forgetful little bunny who doesn’t realize he always forgets everything. He talks the reader through his day as he tries to get ready for school. He can’t find his glasses, and then realizes he’s wearing them. He finds his dirty swimsuit, that he forgot to hang up, in his backpack. Finally he makes his way to school, but when he arrives, no one else is there and he realizes that today is Saturday. But he forgot to wear pants.
The illustrations in this are really cute and the main character is sweet and quirky. The ending really was surprising and kids will think it is hilarious to see the bunny in his underwear. As a whole, the content felt a little weak in length and purpose and felt almost like it should be a comic strip instead.
