Nichols, Lori Maple
and Willow’s Christmas Tree PICTURE BOOK
Nancy Paulsen Books, 2016 (Penguin).
$16.99 Content: G.
Maple
and Willow get a real Christmas tree for the holidays. They bring it into the house and decorate it
to quickly find out that Maple is allergic.
The girls decorate a tree outside and try to keep their spirits up, but
Willow blames Maple that they can’t have a tree. When Willow goes to bed she feels bad that
she hurt her sister’s feelings, so she gets out of bed and decorates a ladder
with all of their tree ornaments and both girls are delighted.
Maple and Willow are the cutest characters
and this book is as adorable as the other books by Lori Nichols.
The illustrations are so sweet and their relationship is heartwarming. This is a fun addition to your Christmas
collection.
