This book is challenging to explain. It’s a fun play on rhyming words as one cockatoo is joined by another, then they are wearing tutu’s and meet Toucan's doing the Can-can. You might be getting the picture by now. The illustrations are fun jungly scenes.
This book kind of hurts my brain to be honest. I guess my biggest qualm is that readers aren’t going to know what the can-can is, so that kind of mucks up the ending. The illustrations are cute.
