When a new kitten is introduced into the family, Pepper is not pleased with the attentiveness of this new addition. Eventually Pepper has to console the new kitty and they become close friends. The artwork in this book stands out, but the storyline is pretty slow and wasn’t engaging. PRE-K- OPTIONAL. Reviewed by Shay, School Librarian
