this picture book. The peek-through
holes and specially cut pages capture the imagination make this book feel like
every page is a discovery. The story is
simple and fun. A mouse wishes for her
own piece of the moon and then finds a yellow-shaped item that she thinks is a
part of the moon. It smells delicious. She eats it and then regrets it. Now the moon will no longer be round because
she ate a part of it. Luckily, her
friends show her the real moon and it is still round.
