Weiner Dog is tired of his cushy life at Granny’s house, so he takes off into the wild woods to find new friends and new adventures and becomes Weiner Wolf. Everything is perfect until one shocking moment he remembers why little weiner dogs belong at home. When he returns home, he discovers has also learned that her faithful companion needs some friends of his own. At first I thought this was a Halloween story, but it is nothing of the sort. It is chockfull of some really great life lessons, but is really just fun to read. EL – ADVISABLE. Cindy, Library Teacher.
