By day Frangoline is a well-mannered, perfect child. By night, however, she is ready to take on all of the creepy-crawlies, even daring to wake the dead. Elliott’s illustrations are pretty gorgeous – I just hope that no little ones follow her example, as Frangoline doesn’t seem to be very repentant, even after a bad scare. EL (K-3) – OPTIONAL.
