Peggy loves her peaceful life in a tiny chicken coop outside a small house on a quiet street. Everything is predictable and perfectly serene. But one day a gust of wind blows her into the city, and she discovers a whole new way of living.
I love this story of adventure and living life to the fullest, while gaining a new appreciation for home. I especially adore the illustrations, which are superb. Not only are they gorgeous, but they tell whole stories of their own -- ones which are often quietly humorous to both children and adults. Highly recommended.
