Daddypops has one goal in mind: he was going to carry out
the World-Famous Cheese Shop Break-In! He loved the smell of cheese that is
stinkier than old socks! His first idea is to simply walk into the front door
and steal the cheese. That did not
work. He then tried to make a catapult
to fire himself through the window. But
that didn’t work either. Perhaps they
could dig a tunnel and break into the cheese shop from underground? After much
trial and error they finally broke through the floorboard of what they thought
was the cheese shop, only find that it was she shop next door, the Underwear
Boutique! All around were pants and bras and socks… and Daddypops realized that
people were willing to pay a lot of money for these items. The idea then came to him to open up a shop
called, “Fancy Pants for Rats”. The shop was a big success and Daddypops made
enough money to buy all the stinky cheese he desired.
We enjoyed this cute story.
The illustrations could carry the book alone. There are fun little
details on every page. The story is new
and exciting.
