A big brother walks his little sister home from the bus for the first time.  She’s picks up garbage.  She chases a big dog.  She says she has to go to the bathroom.  She chases a bird.  Is scared of the thunder and falls in a puddle.  Her big brother manages to get her home safe and sound.  Where their mother is waiting with hugs and kisses. 

Author/illustrator Maple Lam captures what it is like to go on a walk with a small child.  Their short attention span, their fears, lack of fears, and their delightfully changeable nature.  The pictures are expressive and colorful.  Recommended for big brothers and their little sisters.
