Morgan is a teen who can’t leave her apartment
because of a traumatizing moment that occurred a year before. When a new
neighbor moves in to the apartment next to her, Morgan feels like she has
something worth leaving her apartment for. She feels like the boy next
door is calling her out. The only problem is her past and how scared she
is of the outside world. Can Morgan finally step out of her doorway and
face the world again, or will she be confined to her fears and stay were she
is?
I liked this book quite a bit because I could find myself in the
pages. I am scared sometimes and feel like never coming out of my room.
Mature Content is PG because it talks a lot about the state of mind,
terrorizing pasts, and mental therapy.
