Once Mia has a pretty
good life. Now, her best friend,
Libby, has been dead for three years,
her parents are divorced and she is stuck back in Seattle with an indifferent
father for her annual summer visit. Out
in town one day, she sees a sticker of Princess X. Princess X?! That was a comic book that she
and Libby used spend hours drawing, ever since they met back in fifth
grade. Could Libby, impossibly, be alive
somewhere? Mia always hoped, but now she
has a web comic and clues to maybe find her friend after all this time. She needs a little help, however, and it
comes in the form of Trick, a web designer.
If Mia can get him to believe her and is he will help her follow the
clues, there may be a chance to rescue her friend.
I was hooked from the beginning. Share this one with your girls and boys,
because it is a rocking mystery and that will keep them breathless.
