Pug and his friend
Chick are best of friends. Pug has an
outfit like Santa’s and it spurs Chick to ask a lot of questions about
Santa. Chick wants to be one of Santa’s
elves, so he decides to go around and help people and leave them gifts.
The illustrations in this book are
adorable! The format of the story is
disappointing because Pug just acts like a narrator and isn’t really involved
in the story and Chick is running around like a crazy bird--making the story
fall flat. There are cuter Christmas
books out there.
