Sam is amazing at solving logic puzzles and pulling pranks.
Sadly, though, his life is headed downhill, bad grades, trips to the
principal’s office, etc., until he is selected to go on the trip of a lifetime,
a trip called “The American Dream.” Sam
is joined by a history whiz, Martina, and Theo.
What Sam doesn’t know is that Theo is the descendant of one of the most
famous founding fathers … but, that’s part of the mystery. Their epic journey
will bring their skills to the limit, as they must face the descendants of one
of the most infamous traitors in American history. Reading about history was never so much fun!
I loved this book because it is a mystery that combines
history and action. This book was a perfect mix of various genres that held my
interest from page to page. I can’t wait for the second book!
