who is the son of a very important man in the government. One day he is invited to a party and witnesses
an argument going on regarding their servants/slavery. The argument is over quickly. The next day at
school Clive is pulled aside and questioned about the fight. The police officers accuse him of talking
about slavery and he is sent to an island for punishment. He makes two friends on the island named
Sunyo and Kelly. All three of them escape the island but then are captured by
outlaws. Read to find out what happens to the three friends and whether or not
they succeed in their quest. I liked
this book. It was well written and had fascinating characters. I enjoyed how well the three friends worked
together. It was a suspenseful book. MS- ADVISABLE. Student Reviewer: JL-age13
