The girl doesn’t know what is going and she wakes up
not knowing who she is. She hears two men talking. One says, “Take
her out back and finish her off.” She escapes; finds help from a boy
named Ty who works at McDonalds; she remembers bits and pieces. She
learns her name is Cady and she uncovers murder, identity theft, and biological
warfare. She uncovers clues and races across the state to find out who
she is. She uses the Internet and Facebook to piece together who she is.
She discovers she is Cady Scott and her profile on Facebook says she is a
trouble teen who is involved in a murder. Z-Biotech is a corporation
making chemicals that can be used for destruction. Her parents work at
Z-Biotech and Cady doesn't know how they are involved. It seems she and
Ty are on their own fighting for information and survival.
The book is
full of twists and turns in every chapter. The Girl Who Was Supposed
to Die is a good thriller that is a fast read and entertaining.
