Raised in an underground home by her robotic mother, Eva Nine is rescued by a young pilot named Hailey. She escapes with her friend, Rovender, and begins to uncover dark secrets about Wondla. As Cadmus’ plot to destroy all aliens and take control begins to unravel, Eva realizes she must fight for her dream for peace. Will she succeed in saving Wondla and achieve peace?
The characters are engaging, well-developed, and eye-catching. The plot is well-developed, action-packed, and filled with mystery and adventure. The mix of technology and fantasy are merged together superbly. Readers who enjoyed the first book in the series and enjoy fantasy adventures will enjoy reading this book. EL (4-6), MS. ADVISABLE.
