Mr. Postmouse closes down the post office and goes on a trip with his wife and two kids.  A postmouse’s work is never done though, so he delivers packages to animals in all different locations.  They visit the desert, jungle, mountains, cities and frozen lands and enjoy all the animals from all the locations.  

The illustrations are the best part of this book because there is so many creative details.  The text is only one sentence per page and has simple vocabulary, but my first grader complained that the text size if very small and hard to read.  There is another book called Mr. Postmouse's Rounds and both are fun for young readers.
