This is a book
featuring different types of food trucks-ranging from taco trucks, breakfast trucks
to pretzel trucks. Each page layout has
a different kind of food truck with a cartoonish detailed drawing of the food
truck. There is a poem about the food
that truck makes and they usually rhyme.
Each page also has 3-4 little clouds with facts about the type of food
sold in the truck or about the most famous food truck that sells the food item
featured.
My kids love trucks, so they
were interested by the cover of this book, but they were disappointed because
food trucks aren’t the same as truck trucks.
This book is mostly about food.
The bright illustrations are detailed and will draw younger readers, but
the information inside was almost too much and it lost their
attention.
