Cam’s Dad can’t find work
so they have no money –and he really wants to buy Cam a special birthday
present. When a strange man sells him a cardboard box to give Cam as his gift,
it starts off a chain of events that neither of them can believe. When his neighbor Marcus gets involved, all of
their lives will be in danger.
This was actually a pretty
fun graphic novel! The characters were well developed and students will love the
way things get out of control so quickly. The plot was creative and fun!
