Duck takes Sheep on a boating trip. The boat is all packed and they are heading
out to the middle of the lake when Duck hits a rock that he didn’t see. Sheep gets nervous and so Duck brings the
boat back to shore. They share some hot
chocolate in the camper and then get back on the road to go home.
I like that this short board book can tell a
whole story that is interesting without leaving anything out. The illustrations are colorful and the
animals’ facial expressions are cute.
