This is a great comic-style book told from the point of view of two desparate dogs. Emma loves her owner named George. Hankie loves his owner named Loretta. What will these lovable dogs do when their owners fall in love? We laughed as we read this book, and loved the solution to the problem. The illustrations are great! We loved this book! There were a lot of advanced words for my 8 year old to sound out, but other than that, he loved reading it aloud! El (K-3). ESSENTIAL- Reviewer: SL
